About Me

my Story

I began my journey into the captivating world of massage therapy in 2019 after receiving my very first massage. I instantly fell in love with the holistic world of massage and the way it made me feel. I decided to pursue a career as a licensed massage therapist, graduating from the Arlington School of Massage in 2020. I honed my skills working as a professional massage therapist at a small treatment-oriented clinic until I was blessed with the opportunity of forming my own practice. It has always been my dream to own and operate my own business, and through massage therapy I have been fortunate enough to make that dream a reality.

I am a therapist dedicated to helping individuals achieve pain relief through a holistic healing approach. Throughout my time working with a multitude of clients with varying ailments, I have found that I have a genuine passion for helping people who struggle with upper-body pain and overall stress management. My goal is to build long lasting relationships with my clients and help them on their journey to find pain relief, improved range of motion, aid in the healing process of muscular injuries, and manage bodily stress.  My true desire is to help my clients improve their quality of life and physical functionality. My style of massage has a strong Swedish influence that incorporates a variety of treatment techniques and modalities to help my clients reach their goals. A few of my favorites are myo-fascial release techniques, trigger-point therapy, contract relax, and pin-and-stretch.

I believe in the importance of creating a relaxing, “spa-like” experience that allows my clients to unwind their mind and promote healing throughout the entire body. I am a medium to deep working therapist, with the intent to reduce pain and discomfort for muscular dysfunction and to relax the mind for a calm and relaxed body as a whole. After all, who doesn't want to feel relaxed and pampered after receiving a massage?
