My journey into massage therapy began in 2019 after experiencing its profound benefits firsthand. Inspired by its holistic healing effects, I pursued a career as a licensed massage therapist, graduating from the Arlington School of Massage in 2020. After gaining experience in a treatment-focused clinic, I achieved my dream of opening my own practice, where I am dedicated to helping clients find relief from pain and stress.

Specializing in upper-body pain relief and stress management, I strive to build lasting client relationships while supporting their journey to improved mobility, injury recovery, and overall well-being. My massage style is rooted in Swedish techniques, incorporating myo-fascial release, trigger-point therapy, contract-relax, and pin-and-stretch to create customized treatments.

I am passionate about blending therapeutic massage with a soothing, spa-like experience that promotes both physical healing and deep relaxation. As a medium to deep-pressure therapist, my goal is to relieve muscular discomfort while calming the mind.

In 2023 I decided to return to school to expand my skill set, graduating from Evergreen Beauty College in 2024 and becoming a licensed esthetician. In 2024, I am expanding my expertise to help clients achieve healthier, more radiant skin while enhancing their overall spa experience. Just as massage therapy promotes relaxation and healing for the body, professional skincare treatments nurture and restore the skin, addressing concerns such as dryness, acne, signs of aging, and overall skin health. I am passionate about combining therapeutic bodywork with esthetic services to provide a well-rounded approach to self-care and wellness.

Through facials, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare treatments, I aim to help clients feel confident in their skin while creating a soothing, rejuvenating atmosphere. My goal is to offer personalized treatments that cater to individual skin needs, whether it’s hydration, exfoliation, or deep relaxation. By integrating esthetics into my practice, I can provide a comprehensive spa experience where clients not only feel physically refreshed but also leave with glowing, revitalized skin.
